Sony A900 Microsite Wins The 2009 Communicator Award

June, 2009 | We are proud to announce that the Sony DSLR-A900 product microsite for the Asia Pacific Region has won the 2009 Award of Disctinction from the Communicator Awards.

This year, the award received an incredible pool of 7,000 entries, making it the largest and most prestigious award of its kind. Being honored with a Communicator Award is a remarkable accomplishment and a testament to the award-winning work that we do at Moophstudios.

Special thanks go to Sony (client), Sparkfury (partner) as well as the creative team at Moophstudios, without whom we would not be where we are today. This is the same award we won for the A700 Microsite we designed and developed last year, and we hope we will have the opportunity to achieve a hat trick with the next flagship DSLR model from Sony.

The Communicator Award statuette is a lasting way to tout an accomplishment without saying a word and a beautiful symbol of our achievement. Each Communicator statuette is hand-made and customized by the craftsman at RS Owens, the same firm that produces the Oscar® and the Emmy® Awards and serves as a lasting symbol of communications excellence.
