Sony Opens Photo Competition Campaign to Photographers from Around the World
April 2, 2009 | Regional – Sony Electronics Asia Pacific has officially launched the Soccergraphy campaign to celebrate its official partnership with FIFA for the 2010 World Cup in South Africa.

The Soccergraphy campaign commences with an open invitation to photographers from around the world to share their views of soccer in a global photography competition. The best photos from the amateur and professional categories will be featured alongside works of world-renowned photographers in a specially created photo book that celebrates the spirit of soccer.
Grand prize winners in both categories will also be rewarded with a trip to South Africa to catch the World Cup finals as well as exclusive camera packages from Sony.
Open to creative interpretation, participants are free to submit any images related to the simple theme, Soccer, to the website: sony-asia.com/soccergraphy. The only qualifying criterion is that the image should have at least one football featured and submission of images is open from now until the end of October.
